　　Nowadays, when people want to find a job, they always have to take a job interview. After the interview both the interviewer and the interviewee can make the final decision. So a job interview has become more and more important in our society.

　　Interview has the advantage of being the most natural situation. It is easier to build up a relationship with the interviewee, and he will feel at ease and will answer questions more fully and more naturally. In this way the interviewer is likely to find out a great deal about the interviewee. Particularly, he will be in a good position to find out whether or not he will want the interviewee to work with him. On the other hand, there are disadvantages as well. The interviewer may be so strongly affected by his own feelings that he will be unable to judge a person by a proper standard. His feelings may drive him to make the final decision. It is not necessary for us to feel bad if we have failed in an interview, because it is only a matter of choice,instead of right or wrong.

　　If we want to succeed in a job interview, we have to remember the following factors. Firstly, we should pay more attention to our appearance.We should dress more formally, which is a kind of respect for the interviewer. At times they look like huge mountains with valleys between; and when they dash against the shore with a hiss and roar， they break into spray.

　　再吃透了要点的真实含义之后，恰当地把每一个要点译成英语，写成大约10个左右完整的`句子。但书面表达不是几个或几十个句子，更不是百十个单词的简单凑合，而应是条理清晰，层次分明，语言地道，符合英语表达习惯的“一体化”的表达方式。因此写作时遣词造句要准确，对于拿不准的单词短语或句型千万不能乱用，更不能违背英语的表达习惯，生编硬造，标新立异。否则，只能是弄巧成拙，错误百出。造句时要多用简单句、短句，少用复杂句、长句。多用自己有把握的词汇、句式，多用地道英语，避免“汉语式”英语。每个句子都要注意句子成分的完整，语法是否正确，说法是否符合习惯，当对限定的内容表达“山穷水尽疑无路” 时，可用“变通” 手法，很可能就“柳暗花明又一村” 了。

　　Ah! Is a tragedy! The pavements, the rapid driving a motorcycle, to an old woman knocked to the ground and grandma was dead immediately. 　　看!那辆超载的大卡车正吃力的前进着，司机见了红灯也不停车，随意乱闯，只是为了赶交差，得一笔工钱，不顾违章的后果。可这位司机知道吗?只是为了这么一笔工钱违反交规，一刹那间就很有可能会葬送生命，而这无价的生命又岂是金钱可以买到的?看!那场悲剧终究还是上演了，鲜血染红了车轮，受害者的亲人悲痛万分……

　　啊!又是一场悲剧!人行道上，一辆摩托车疾速行驶，将一位老奶奶撞倒在地，老奶奶立马气绝身亡。我不明白，摩托车司机为什么不按道行驶而偏偏要闯入非机动车道呢?只是图方便、图省事，却致使又一个宝贵的生命离开了这个世界。而这又会使多少人为受害者伤心泪流，使家庭因之而破碎啊!

　　在交通安全的维护上，我们每个人都有责任和义务。生命可贵却脆弱，希望人人都能自觉遵守交通规则，让我们生活的环境更安全更美好。

　　The world awakens each day from its nightly slumber, transformed by a sparkling layer of morning dew on the grass, on flower petals and leaves, on cars and car windows. These glistening droplets last only a little while, an integral part of what imbues the early morning with its aura of magic. If we sleep too late, we miss the magnificent display of sunlight playing upon an infinite amount of tiny crystal balls. To step onto the dew-covered grass is to anoint our feet with a form of water that comes only once a day for a short time, a rarefied gift of the night air that will soon evaporate in the full light of the sun. If we inhale slowly and consciously enough, it is almost as if we are drinking in this magical elixir formed in the boundary between darkness and light.

　　In one myth, morning dew is believed to be tears from heaven, and in another, the droplets are poured from the vessel of the goddess of dawn. When we see the earth draped with these shimmering drops, it is easy to imagine fairies bathing in the water, or a sky god weeping from a longing to be closer to his beloved earth goddess. Seeing the sparkling beauty of the earth emerging from darkness, we may understand this longing in terms of our own gratitude; how blessed we are to be here.

　　Perhaps heaven really does long to be here on earth, and perhaps that is why we are heres conduits between the divine and the earthbound. As we drink the morning dew in with our eyes, our skin, our breath, it is easy to imagine that it really is a magical potion, a gift from heaven, a reminder of our true purpose, and a daily opportunity to be transformed.
