说与做是两码事，在我的寒假学习计划上可真是体现的淋漓尽致啊!我每天早上等到太阳姐姐晒到被子上才起床，一整天手中的笔写写停停，总是禁不止电视和电脑的诱惑，放在学习桌前的寒假学习计划表成了废纸一张。我的作业到大年年初十才全部完成，复习计划用了五天的时间，预习计划更是完成的不堪入目，数学只预习了老师必须让预习的前两单元，其他的学科几乎在原地踏步走。我的自制力和效率也太差了!
我的寒假学习计划就完成得这么不尽人意，原因是什么?我自己觉得是有点懒散，没有想学习的那股劲头，自制力太差，学习效率太低。我一定要认真改正，让自己以后所有的计划成为现实而不是泡影，希望在下一年寒假能够过得充实快乐些!

一、 幼儿学习英语并不是越早越好
每个孩子的成长、发育和接受能力都是有差异的，所以家长要根据孩子的接受能力选择时机学英语。如今很多孩子既学拼音又学英语，往往容易混淆，所以要等孩子具有一定的分辨能力时再学。当然，最重要的是要遵循孩子的意愿，千万不要强求。如果孩子很感兴趣，那么学起来也不吃力，学习才会有效。
二、要创造良好的语言环境
无论是老师还是家长都要具有扎实、正确的英语基础知识，标准、流利的口语能力，同时还要能为幼儿操练、运用外语创设丰富多彩、形式多样的语言环境。例如：采用幼儿喜欢的看图说话、唱歌、游戏和表演等方法辅导幼儿学习英语，这也有助于培养幼儿学习英语的兴趣。同时，家长要注意千万不能随便应付孩子，家长和老师教的不一样，会给幼儿学习造成很大的困惑。
三、语言学习要持之以恒
语言学习是一个长期艰巨的过程。英语学习最忌“三天打鱼，两天晒网”，小孩子往往只图一时的新鲜，这就需要家长监督促进。宁可孩子晚一点儿开始学，也不要学上几天就半途而废。
四、不可急于求成，造成孩子的心理负担
许多家长都会焦灼而疑惑地问老师：“最近英语都教什么了？怎么我们孩子回家一句英语也不跟我们说呀？”显而易见，家长一定经常询问孩子在幼儿园学什么英语了，会不会说，会唱什么英语歌。孩子也许是不想说，也许是还在熟悉阶段讲不清楚，但是家长这样催问，久而久之就会降低孩子学习英语的兴趣，同时也会让孩子不自信，从而越来越不愿意开口。
